We were just glad to be able to be guests! We felt beyond comfortable and welcome at Wellspring. It felt more like home. It's amazing how God led us there. God gave me such a peace that Wellspring was where we were supposed to be when I was researching churches in Myrtle Beach on the internet. Just from the website alone, it reminded me a lot of what I love about our church (Brentwood) in Lynchburg, VA.

We were so excited about getting there and when we finally did, one of the first people we see is our own pastor, Jon Dupin. It just reminded us even more that God had us right where He wanted us. I already want to go back and visit! We have such a desire to live around Myrtle Beach in the next couple years once we finish our Masters degree. The one thing we were most concerned about was leaving our church. After visiting Wellspring, we realize that transition would be much easier than expected! =)

Please pray for us as we're trying to follow God's Will for our lives and listen to Him on if He wants us to move down there and that if He does, then it would be such a smooth and easy transition. I already have such a passion for Wellspring and just see it growing exponentially! From staying near the Wayfarer and hearing about the prostitution that goes on there, to seeing all of the hurt and empty people around the beach trying to fill themselves up with material things, it just encourages me to pray for them and to do local mission work! I really pray that God blesses yall so much and uses yall to bring thousands, even tens of thousands to know Christ!

Trey, thank you so much for being a great pastor that loves Christ, His church, and His children! We're excited to hopefully one day be a part of the Wellspring community! I hope yall have a blessed week/weekend! Thanks again.

I want you to know that your actions have not gone unnoticed and I truly appreciate all that you have done (intentionally and unintentionally) for me. Firstly, thank you for seeing the need for Jesus in my life and welcoming into the world of wellspring church. With this one action, one simple invitation, you have honestly changed the course of my life.

I love being a part of the church and look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday mornings. My self esteem is higher than ever, I'm optimistic about the future, have a great time with you and the band, hangin with Trey, starting point, Sun Stand Still and most of all, my soul feels stronger, healed... I mean, my life had just turned 180 degrees in the past year and I have you to thank for it.

You have saved me from the sad, uninspired, un-optimistic life I was living. It seemed as I had exhausted all my options. I've tried and tried to find "happy" in different cities, different places, different people... and up to this point I thought I had it all figured out. I thought that life just "was". NOT ANYMORE!. I feel empowered, happy... God is good!
