Life is full of disappointment and regrets. People hurt you and you hurt others. The confines of past hurts leaves you paralyzed and trapped by pain and bitterness. Forgiveness seems well out of reach.

But God offers each of us hope and freedom. He wants to help us escape the pain of the past and set us free to live the life he has planned for us.
