About Marisa Wells
Marisa is a Myrtle Beach native. She attended the University of South Carolina and graduated in 2021 with her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She loves any chance to go back and visit to watch the Gamecocks play!
Marisa met her husband, Alex in 2018 and they married in September 2022. They, along with their Aussie doodle puppy, Penne, moved to Conway in 2023 and have really enjoyed the small town feel with the fun festivals and farmers markets.
The Wells have been attending Wellspring since 2021. Marisa was hired as our Children’s Ministry Coordinator in 2022. She has a huge heart for helping children becoming passionate followers of Jesus. Not being raised in church has allowed her to have an appreciation for knowing the impact that laying a foundation of biblical wisdom makes in kids lives.
